Changing system II

After the overwhelming response to my first blog i.e Changing system...I am forced to make it a little more interesting, so here I go....

now, I'll make this topic lil narrower from earlier one... as which system to chose would have become a nightmare for most of my fellows ...

we'll just talk about our present SYSTEM... on national level....i still is quite broad as a topic , but it better than discussing universal system.. :P

"ISS DESH KA KUCHH NI HO SAKTA...YE DESH AISE HE CHALTA AAYA HAI AUR AISE HE CHALEGA, AGAR TUME ISKO BADALNE KI KOSHISH KAROGE TO YE TUMHE BADAL DEGA..."...famous dialouge from rang de basanti...

english version:

"THERE I IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE FOR THE NATION.... THIS COUNTRY HAS BEEN WORKING LIKE THIS AND WOULD WORK LIKE THIS, IF YOU TRY TO CHANGE THE SYSTEM, IT;LL CHANGE YOU..." A gfamous dialouge from Rang de Basanti...

how true is it???

is it really the matter, that now NOBODY can change our so called system...what if it is changed, and how can it be done, if it could happen???

relating to this topic you can also answer the following questions as well:

Which system to choose?

Does the system needs to be changed?

Do WE need to change it?

How should it be? so that WE can be a part of it...

Do we really need a System at all???

Why we bound ourselves to a system, when we don't want it???

Does system always bound us???

what should be done, to change the system?

the questions are endless, I hope the answers are NOT.....

This system is CONFUSING FOR ME ATLEAST...........

  1. I have written about the change that I will be mentioning here before also. I would really like that from the next time that all the leaders who want to fight the election must give their agenda for next 1 year. whosoever provides the best agenda ( though even selecting the best agenda will also be difficult) must be selected. Then after a year if he is not able to complete whatever he has suggested he must resign or put off the job and should be barred from elections for next 10 years. Now if this thing has to be implemented, many other things will have to be taken into account.

  2. gr8 suggestion dude, but still its democracy, the system changes you if you try to change it, then how do u assume that it'll be taken up by the people who themselves are comprising the system that needs to b changed...

  3. we can start a petition, i think its time to change the constitution itself. When constitution was constituted the population was lesser than 1/2 of the present value. Scalability is a big issue, a constitution that was decided for that number of people is not necessarily going to work for the the present number of people. A very simple research concept used in wireless research.

So i think we all should come together and start puting this thing forward, then start a petition, then get more than 1 crore people supporting you ( rather difficult but still can be done), then go to president, to put forward the present indian point of view and as this is supposed to be a democracy, they will have to listen to you.

  5. to start with we must know what other think in this regard. Are people going to blindly follow it or not follow it or they have something to say about it.

Have input from people. Post it anywhere where people can see it and respond.

Then there are sites present where a petition can be started and we can go on from there.

  6. Hi friends,
I read some of the comments and the main theme ofcourse.great initiative but follow up is essential.
as far as I understand, addressing a "SYSTEM" as a whole is like standing on an island surrounded by water all around.I think we can start with addressing issues where we all have tough time in getting things done in various public sectors.
So that before we got and talk straight to the authority we should be able the show the part of our homework which will directly showcase the present scenario and trigger an alarm to the concern department. At the same time if any of our friend are trying hard with the political/social structure of the country,we all can join hand n together we can surely see the sunrise.

  8. "addressing a "SYSTEM" as a whole is like standing on an island surrounded by water all around."

swati i totally agree with this, WE ARE ON AN ISLAND, so, no point in taking out water by ur hands, u wont reach the bottom... the point is whether u can build a SHIP or not...

"I think we can start with addressing issues where we all have tough time in getting things done in various public sectors."

are you talking about corruption here, if yes, dear as my gut feeling tells me, its the system that lets them do this, once the superset is changed/made correct, the subsets will follow...

"So that before we got and talk straight to the authority we should be able to show that we have done our homework which will directly showcase the present scenario and trigger an alarm to the concern department"

i would say: "u don't change the branch, if u want different flowers."
