comunism-just another system

M here in kerala, a communist state in India, the other being West Bengal.

m not here making any comparisons between communist or non communist, n m not a supporter of any of the political parties... I just saw something/s, that disturbed me,  I just wanted to let it out n m letting it out....that's it.

well, there are Two most IMPORTANT THINGS here(kerala), people are most pissed off wid.
1.LABOUR UNIONS (part n parcel of communism)
2.GODs here: number of gods in gods own country, each of which has a Trust ( i.e another Union).

EVENT1:relating point 1
here there is a union for movers and packers (loading-unloading), and they have this funny rule stating , if the things are moved on a hand pulled cart, it wont be charged, else even if owner packs n moves but just uses a carrier vehicle, it is as per law(their own) is to be payed to dem as the work was meant for dem and even the owner can't shift for himself....so u'll hav to pay for just using a vehicle to all the loading-unloading unions, n plenty wud cm to take money, n even the police can't help u.
--> so what happened was, a not so well-off person wanted to shift his place and loaded everything on a hand-pulled cart, and 4 people including the owner were pulling the cart n it was raining, and as was xpected an accident occurred and 1 of the poor fellows got underneath the cart, now 1 guy who was not having enuf money to pay to the UNION people, for just letting him shift his house PEACEFULLY was injured and was taken to hospital;  who is going to pay his bills... that chap is beeped... and no1 can be blamed... thats the worst part.

EVENT2:for point 2
I was at this restaurant, having dinner and all of a sudden some 10-12 people came straight to the cash counter and started some heated discussion (I could not understand fully, but it was related to money, and those people took a hefty amount from the cashier ~2.5k)...After sometime when me n my fellows were paying d bill , we asked the cashier/owner about the event.. he started as "ITS GODS OWN COUNTRY AND WE HAVE TOO MANY OF THOSE AT EVERY NOOK AND CORNER, BUT STILL ALL THESE ARE OUR BROTHERS,WAT TO DO...", and those wer d words of a localite who was just trying to do his business even in the most testing conditions...

I haven't completely described THINGS here and m just not trying to discuss any of these issues relating to a state or a person... its just about another type of SYSTEM, which we are a part of, N SIMPLY LIVING WID IT... n well as I far as I can c, we'll live like this....

suggested changes........

A Friend of mine suggested A good solution for bringing a change in our democratic system, that I liked so much that I have decided to put a discussion on it...

following is the suggestion :

All the leaders who want to fight the election must give their agenda for next 1 year. whosoever provides the best agenda ( though even selecting the best agenda will also be difficult) must be selected. Then after a year if he is not able to complete whatever he has suggested he must resign or put off the job and should be barred from elections for next 10 years (may or may not be the case...).
Now if this thing has to be implemented, many other things will have to be taken into account, that needs a gr8 amount of discussion...

its his suggestions and can be challenged and changes can be suggested/made...

what you/we can do....

just have a discussion here, put forth your own ideas of change and even if they don't match with this particular idea, we can still discuss that as well...
tell limitations/changes to eliminate limitations on this as well as any other idea as well...

FORWARD TO Y/OUR CONTACTS/FRIENDS for discussion...(we can actually make a petition for bringing about a change , if we can get enough support...)

Changing system II

After the overwhelming response to my first blog i.e Changing system...I am forced to make it a little more interesting, so here I go....

now, I'll make this topic lil narrower from earlier one... as which system to chose would have become a nightmare for most of my fellows ...

we'll just talk about our present SYSTEM... on national level....i still is quite broad as a topic , but it better than discussing universal system.. :P

is it really the matter, that now NOBODY can change our so called system...what if it is changed, and how can it be done, if it could happen???
